Blog #10

George Muller is like most people today. He was turned away from God by his own actions. He did not even comprehend the fact there was a God at all. He practiced ungodly things and conversed with sinners. It's hard to think of how someone could not be aware that there is a God in Heaven watching over us.

Later on in his life, George had knelt down and prayed for the first time. He accepted God into his heart and became saved. While with his unbelieving friends, he wanted to tell them about God. They rejected him and told them that they do not "feel like sinners". Muller got down on his knees in front of his friends and asked the Lord to confront them and show them their sins. When George came down from his room after praying for them, his friends were in tears and had accepted the Lord as their savior.

George Muller is important in history because he turned from a miscreant to a Christian. He loved the Lord so much when he completed his transformation that he wanted to share Him with everyone. He even started to preach about his life and how God has performed this miracle for him.

"Why should we limit either the goodness or the power of God by our own knowledge of
what we call the laws of nature?"

"Where Faith begins, anxiety ends;
Where anxiety begins, Faith ends."
