Blog Assignment #1

    As most of you know, the name is Katie. There's not much to really say that's particularly interesting about my life, due to the fact that not even a quarter of my life has gone by. But nonetheless! Here it is anyway.


    I am a simple Louisiana girl, and not the stereotypical that most people think of when they hear, "Louisiana girl". Which is, accent, and bayous with alligators in backyards. Nope, my life isn't THAT cool, just a normal G.R.I.T.S. I attend school, read books, and listen to my iTunes. I like and love many-a-things.


    People who have known me, say maybe, a day or two, know of my obsession. Yup, wolves. Just to take up space, here's how I started my little fascination. It was in Middish summer 2006. At four o'seven. Setting up my very own Myspace page. What background to choose? So many options. What's cool, cute, adorable, and beastly? I got it. Wolves. Yes, that's it. Hmm, I never really learned much about wolves, so I used my handy dandy Google. I read and read and read. I learn that they're endangered and the most epic creature ever. That is how the wolves created a den into my heart. (Omg, wasn't that a cute statement?! Made it up myself, I did.)


    Paragraph numero quatro. This may be a semi-interesting tidbit of myself. I know 3 languages. Si, Oui, Yeah, you read correctly, three. Granted, I only know maybe 4 sentences in each language, but that counts for something, right? Right? I half-semi-kinda-not-really-at-all speak Francais, Espanol, and Deutsch. I learned Spanish from the various Spanish teachers of BCS and learned French and German from the good ol' internet.


     At age 13 and two-thirds, (September 10..coming soon..yeah, you know what I'm hinting.) I have experienced the world. Outside my house. In Louisiana. But didn't really go anywhere. Because I can't drive. Nor have a passport. And am still in school. So, my life is pretty monotone. Hm, the world I've experienced really isn't that interesting now that I write it out...Anyway, somehow I've managed to complete the blog assignment. Brownie points for me!
