Blog Assignment #20: America

AMERICA'S PAST

Here shown, are 10 pictures of America in the past. The images show The Great Depression, World War 2, The Declaration of Independence, the Civil Rights signing, the Emancipation Proclamation, slavery, National Woman Suffrage Association, the first moon landing, and Martin Luther King Jr.'s, I Have a Dream speech.
These are all great moments in history, with some horrible times as well. Without these moments, we would not be as strong as we are now. What doesn't kill us makes us stronger.

       AMERICA NOW

These pictures represent America today. It shows, just like the past, terrible occurrences and just the opposite. These images include, President Barack Obama, the British Petroleum Oil Spill, Hurricane Katrina, the War in Afghanistan, 9-11, our pastime, Lady Liberty, Our American Eagle, and the White House. All these things have happened for the better, though some may not seem it. God Bless America.
